We ship to the following locations:
- Haiti: Orders can be delivered directly within Haiti.
- International: Specific international locations, depending on availability and shipping carrier services.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
- Standard Shipping: Delivery times and costs vary based on the destination. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Express Shipping: If available, you can choose expedited delivery for an additional fee.
- Free shipping may be offered on orders exceeding a specific value or during promotional periods.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- For manual payment methods like MonCash or Zelle, processing begins once proof of payment is verified.
4. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard shipping: 7-14 business days
- Express shipping: 2-3 business days
Delivery times may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available) to monitor your shipment's progress.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to ship to certain regions or PO Boxes due to carrier restrictions.
- Hazardous materials or restricted items may not be eligible for shipping.
7. Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Information

- If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Tipri is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order details.

- International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
