1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the product.
- Certain items, such as skincare products, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact our support team at contactus@tipriht.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Provide proof of purchase and photos of the item (if applicable).
- Ship the item back to our return address, which will be provided by our support team.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following terms:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days.
- For payments made via MonCash or Zelle, refunds will be issued to the same account used for the transaction.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Provide photos of the damage and your order details.
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Discounted or clearance items (unless defective).
- Opened skincare products (for hygiene reasons).
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the specified time:
- Check your bank account or payment service provider.
- Contact your payment service provider; processing times can vary.
